From 5 to 11 February Salumi Caputo will be Official Supplier of Casa Sanremo 2023, the official home of the Italian Song Festival.
An occasion of great prestige and an important showcase to make known the high quality of Sicilian salami that since 1950 the company produces with a craftsmanship handed down from generation to generation.
During the days of the Sanremo Festival, the singers in the race, the guests and all the professionals of this great event will be able to enjoy the Sicilian excellence signed Salumi Caputo within the food areas of Casa Sanremo.

All the authenticity of the village tradition preserved by the Caputo family is expressed in the production of excellent Sicilian salami that you can taste in the food areas of Casa Sanremo.
In the roof, the area reserved for food and wine excellence, you can discover flavors and traditions of the Italian territory and taste a selection of cold cuts Caputo including the famous Salame S. Angelo IGP, the only Sicilian salami to boast the prestigious Protected Geographical Indication brand and of which the company is the first producer and guardian of the ancient traditional recipe.
It will also be possible to taste fine salami produced with black pork meat of Nebrodi, Sicilian native breed heritage of biodiversity unique in the world, and many other specialties born from the skilful combination of ancient recipes of the country tradition and local ingredients such as pistachios and seasoned slowly to the natural.
In the Arena del gusto, the kingdom of pizza, the excellence of Salumi Caputo will become the chosen ingredients of the creations of the two hosts of this area: the Sicilian pizzaiolo World Champion of Pizza Bianca 2021 Carmelo Pistritto and the Neapolitan Enzo Piedimonte present with 2 segments in the Gambero Rosso Guide. The two award-winning pizza makers will be the protagonists of the queen of the great Italian culinary tradition and will welcome guests with new and original combinations of taste and raw materials of the highest quality for a journey to discover our country through the flavors and culinary art.

The doors of the Palafiori will officially open on Sunday, February 5 at 6 pm for the inauguration of the sixteenth edition of Casa Sanremo – Banca Ifis.
